Welcome to Destin-ation, our waterfront townhome on Holiday Isle overlooking beautiful Destin Harbor! Step out back to a sandy backyard and deck with sweeping water views — the perfect perch for watching the weekly fireworks and the HarborWalk Village lights twinkling across the harbor. From the backyard you look straight across the harbor to Marina Café and Boshamps, with HarborWalk Village just to the left.
The Destin Water Taxi picks up right from our 15-foot private dock, so exploring the harbor is as easy as stepping off the back patio. The backyard is stocked with kayaks, a crab trap and sand toys, and you’ll find a beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas in the front patio box for easy beach days.
Location is one of Destin-ation’s biggest highlights. It’s just a short walk to O’Steen Beach and the East Pass jetties — a popular snorkeling area — and a little farther to the newly updated Norriego Point Park, so you can skip the parking charges and hassles at these popular spots. You can also walk about 0.75 miles to the private Holiday Isle beach gate for Gulf access.

Master Bedroom 1 (lowest level, front)
King bed with an ensuite bath featuring a glass shower. A handy kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker makes morning coffee easy without heading upstairs. Smart TV, plus your own patio doors leading out to the driveway.
Master Bedroom 2 (mid-level)
King bed and a 75″ Smart TV. The Jack & Jill bath (shower plus tub) is shared with Bedroom 4.
Bedroom 3 (lowest level, back)
Queen bed, arcade games for family fun, and the in-unit washer and dryer. Smart TV and patio doors opening to the backyard and dock.
Bedroom 4 (mid-level)
Two twin beds and a 75″ Smart TV. Shares the Jack & Jill bath with Master Bedroom 2.
Top-level full bath
A full bath with walk-in shower sits right by the top-level living and dining area.
Living room
Big windows frame gorgeous harbor views. Kick back in front of the 85″ Smart TV, or step through the door to the back patio.
Kitchen
Fully stocked for real cooking: high-end electric range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster and wine glasses. The coffee maker brews a regular pot or single-serve (pods provided).
Patio
This upper patio off the living area overlooks the harbor — a great spot to relax and take in the harbor scenery and the evening fireworks (the yard is the other fireworks vantage point). Outdoor dining table plus both a propane grill and a charcoal grill for cookouts with a harbor breeze.

Good to know
- Check-in after 4 PM; check-out before 10 AM.
- Maximum 8 guests. The person booking must be 25 or older and must stay for the entire reservation.
- Parking is tandem in the driveway for a maximum of 3 cars. No boat trailers on site, please.
- The 15-foot dock is ideal for smaller boats that sit fully within the dock space. A larger boat can also tie off perpendicular using the side anchors. Either way, nothing may overhang onto the neighbors’ docks.
- This is a multi-level townhome with lots of stairs, so it isn’t a good fit for guests with mobility issues.
- For everyone’s privacy, exterior security cameras cover the entry points only — there are no cameras inside.
- No smoking on the property; the dock is the designated smoking spot.
Destin-ation is owned by my dear friend Shirley, who lives in California. She’s a mom, a grandma, and someone I’m very close to, and I’m honored that she trusts me to manage her home and care for it locally.
Booking Direct
Destin-ation is now taking direct bookings! The rates on this page are already lower than Airbnb — booking direct skips the Airbnb service fees. Direct bookings are paid by Zelle or Venmo. A $300 deposit holds your dates and serves as your security deposit, returned in full after your stay as long as the house is left without damage. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund of everything you’ve paid, minus a $75 processing fee. To book, email sarah@thegoodlifedestin.com with your dates.
